Idea to try
- Nature scavenger hunt (we have a range of ones you can try here)
- Forage for natural materials – try finding a complete rainbow of colours!
- Go puddle jumping in the wet weather
- Collect fallen twigs and nuts for art collages
- Go on a nature walk and make a list of all the sounds you can hear - the wind, leaves in the trees, birds singing
- Take an 'ABC' Nature walk - try and find an object with names that start with each letter of the alphabet
- Create a sensory basket out of shells, feathers, sand, gumnuts - anything you can find!
