Noonook Moorditj
Noonook Moorditj - a series of activities designed to assist Teachers, Educators, School Chaplains and Early Years Services to support children navigate life challenges and regulate emotions. The activities are inclusive for children of all cultures and crafted through a Noongar lens, recognising the importance of incorporating Aboriginal language and culture into the learning process.
The All About Me Booklets
The All About Me Booklets are designed by and for children with disability. They enable primary school aged children to share information about their support needs, strengths, self-regulation skills and support network in a way that they feel comfortable with. They can take it with them to show teachers, doctors, therapists and helps to encourage self-advocacy skills from a young age.
Version 1: Designed for people with disability from 12 years of age, to help develop their advocacy skills.
Version 2: Had the support of a young group of people with disability who had graduated from school and provided insight into what would have helped them at school and what would help them now as they navigate the workplace and further education.

A resource for families to monitor child developmental milestones through play-based activities.

The booklet is filled with information from pregnancy to school entry for Cockburn and Kwinana parents and carers and ensures a smooth transition to school by preparing children and families during the early years.
